Pricing

Bookkeepers price by complexity. We price flat.

Two ways to run it, and one price each. Hand the month to us, or run the same ledger yourself. No tiers, no seats, no hourly billing, no “contact sales”.

$149/ month

A bookkeeper closes every month and comes back to you only for the things nobody outside your business could know. The year-end return is in the price, reviewed by a CPA before it is filed.

Filing covers US C-corporations (Form 1120 and the Delaware franchise report) and Canadian corporations (the T2). If you're an LLC or S-corp, filing isn't for you yet; the software still is. First filings: FY2026 returns, spring 2027. Equated is accounting software, not an accounting firm.

For comparison: a bookkeeping service runs $300 to $600 a month, and a CPA at year end another $2,000 to $5,000. Call it $5,600 to $12,200 a year, split across two firms that do not talk to each other. Managed Equated is $1,788 with the return in it.

The beta is free. This founding pricing takes effect at general availability, and beta users keep $0 until it does. Nothing bills until you've said yes.
